ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the world's leading natural and built asset design and consultancy firm, announced today that due to a communication error, some of the unaudited ARCADIS N.V. financials became known outside ARCADIS just prior to 5pm on February 10th 2014. Following consultation with the AFM, the Executive Board will issue its unaudited fourth quarter and full year annual results 2013 by press release ahead of market opening on February 11th, 2014.
The audited results will be issued as originally scheduled on February 20th after discussion in, and approval by, the Supervisory Board. An analyst call will be held on Tuesday, February 11th at 3pm CET to give explanations on the 2013 results and to provide the opportunity for questions. This call will be webcast and can be listened to by clicking on the link on the investor section of the ARCADIS website on the following web address: http://ir.arcadis.com/.
