Arcadis has expanded its Design and Engineering Service in Singapore in addition to its existing core services of Cost Management, Project and Program Management, Business Advisory and Environmental. Arcadis will offer full range design and engineering consultancy services for the whole project lifecycle of infrastructure projects including tunnels, rail, bridges, highways, marine & coastal in Singapore.
Globally, Arcadis has over 140 years of long-standing experience in the planning and designing some of the world’s most complex infrastructure projects including the Sydney Harbour Bridge, London Tower Bridge, and all cross-harbour immersed tube tunnel projects in Hong Kong. To drive client success, Arcadis draws innovative solutions and technology in design and engineering projects such as the use of drone technology in a Qatar highway project for volumetric calculations and BIM clash analysis in Hong Kong’s West Kowloon Cultural Development.
In Singapore, Arcadis is currently providing detailed engineering and permitting services for the Deep Tunnel Sewerage System (DTSS) Phase 2 Contract T-07 for ED Zublin AG. Contract T07 involves 12.0 km of TBM tunnels with diameter up to 6.0m, 14 shafts, including hydraulic structures. Led by the Singapore team, Arcadis is working with various authorities and specialists from Arcadis in Hong Kong, US and India in tunnels, hydraulics, geology and ground-hydrology and structures.
