Martin Cordwell to lead Asset Management and Operations & Maintenance for the regional business
Middle East, May 4, 2020: Arcadis, the leading global design & consultancy firm for natural and built assets, recently announced the appointment of Martin Cordwell as Director of Asset Management to support its plans to strengthen its program management and business advisory services in the Middle East.
A civil engineer with over 30 years of industry experience, including 13 years in the Middle East, Martin will help to ramp up Arcadis’ asset optimization delivery and technical digital offerings for clients in the region, whilst also leveraging the company’s global capabilities and best practice in asset management including operations management. In his new role, Martin will be responsible for providing technical advice for asset project lifecycle services including policy and strategy development, business case, risk management, optimization, lifecycle development, capital investment planning and PPP advisory services.

Martin joins Arcadis from Jacobs where he was in-charge of the strategic consulting practice covering market strategy, business development, risk management, delivery and resourcing for the regional business including asset management, economics, sustainability and PPP advisory. His prior experience also includes a management consultant role with WS Atkins & Partners Overseas.
