Arcadis (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the leading global Design & Consultancy organization for natural and built assets, today announced changes to its Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to create a leaner and more agile team which is fully aligned with the new three-year strategy announced at last week’s Capital Markets Day.
The new strategy centers on maximizing the impact of 28,000 employees across 70 countries and developing people-centric solutions to improve the quality of life for Arcadis’ clients and communities. With a further increased focus on sustainability and digitalization, the Netherlands headquartered business expects growth opportunities due to increasing client demand driven by mega trends such as urbanization, climate change, digitalization, and societal expectations.
Effective immediately, the changes of Arcadis leadership structure to include:
- Alan Brookes: Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the regional business areas, CRTKL, Arcadis Gen, and Global Project Services
- Mary Ann Hopkins, Chief Growth Officer, responsible for growing sales and business development, Commercial Excellence, Marketing and Communications, and Strategy and Development
- Stephan Ritter, Chief Innovation Officer, responsible for driving forward technology, innovation and ecosystems solutions, Sustainability, and Global Business Services
The Executive Board will remain a two-member board consisting of Peter Oosterveer, Global Chief Executive Officer and Virginie Duperat, Chief Financial Officer. In addition, Jacoline van Blokland remains as Chief People Officer.
