Matt Bennion

Chief Executive Officer
Arcadis Asia

Matt is the Chief Executive Officer for the Arcadis Asia business. In this role he sets the vision and strategy for the regional business and is responsible for the financial performance and on-going development to become Asia’s leading design and consultancy firm for built and natural assets.

Before assuming this role Matt served as Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Development Director for Arcadis Asia and before that, spent two years as the Global Director of the Buildings business line at Arcadis NV, where Matt was responsible for the design and implementation of the Programme Management Academy. Matt joined Arcadis through the acquisition of EC Harris where he had previously spent eight years in a number of roles including Chief Operating Officer and Head of the Management Consultancy and Change Management service lines.

Eric de Kruif

Eric de Kruif

Chief Financial Officer

Eric took on the role of Chief Financial Officer for Arcadis Asia in August 2015 and is focused on facilitating the continued growth of our Asia business, and implementing the new Arcadis Way of working with the support of a new integrated operating platform.

Eric has been with Arcadis for more than a decade, most recently in Latin America where he worked as Regional CFO and helped to manage the Arcadis business in Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Malaysia and Mozambique. Before moving to Brazil, Eric was CFO of the Arcadis France business for five years based out of the Paris office and two years as Finance Director for a Dutch Arcadis company (now integrated in Arcadis NL).

Lai Pak Hung

Head of Greater China
Arcadis Asia

Pak Hung is the Regional Leader for our Greater China business which encompasses more than 30 offices within Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. As part of this role PH is responsible for the financial performance and in ensuring that our clients have access to the very best talent from within the Arcadis business.

Pak Hung joined Langdon & Seah, an Arcadis company, in 1988 and was originally based in the Hong Kong office. In 1993 he relocated to Shanghai and over the following decades helped to grow the business within Mainland China. Due to this success he became a Director in 2003 and was made Managing Director of China in 2012.Over the last 25 years Pak Hung has been directly involved in a number of major projects across the hospitality, industrial, commercial, hotel, infrastructure, industrial, and residential sectors. Key projects include Plaza 66, Shanghai World Financial Centre, Unilever Research Centre, and Expo Shanghai UK Pavilions.

Loo Ming Chee

Head of Southeast Asia
Arcadis Asia

Loo is the Regional Leader for our Southeast Asia business which covers 12 offices across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei. In this role Loo oversees the financial performance of each of these markets, defines the growth strategy and manages some of our most important client relationships within the region.

Before taking on his Arcadis Asia role Loo was a Director of Langdon & Seah Malaysia, an affiliate of Arcadis. He has over thirty years professional experience having joined the firm in 1982 in his native Malaysia before spending a decade in the Hong Kong business where he worked on a number of major programmes. Loo adopts a hands-on approach when it comes to the development of new solutions for clients. Throughout his career he has worked with clients across most major market sectors and has a particular specialist knowledge within the hotel sector.

Alan Hearn

Head of East Asia & India
Arcadis Asia

Alan is the Regional Leader for our East Asia & India business covering 13 offices in India, Vietnam, Thailand, Korea and the Philippines. As well as managing the financial performance of each of these markets, Alan also sets the strategy around capability development and diversifying the Arcadis business within these markets.

Having initially moved to Asia in 1994, Alan has a deep understanding of the region and of leading high-performing teams within some of Asia’s most dynamic markets. In 2002 he was appointed President of the Langdon & Seah Philippines business and over the last decade he transformed and expanded the company's capability and service offering. Alan has also led on the successful delivery of a broad base of client project including offices, retail, hotel, leisure, residential, education and civil engineering schemes. He has a keen interest in environmental sustainability within the built environment and has introduced specialized services to meet the evolving needs of clients in this space.

Graham Kean

Head of Markets and Strategic Pursuits
Arcadis Asia

Graham is the Head of Markets and Strategic Pursuits for our Asia business. In this role his core focus is on developing a deep understanding of the markets within which our clients operate, and working with our clients to create sustainable competitive advantage. Graham and his team create unique propositions that help to address our client’s most challenging business needs.

Before assuming this role Graham was the CEO of the EC Harris business in Asia. Before that, Graham spent eight years in the UK where he held several roles including Executive Board Member, Head of Client Solutions and Head of the Public Sector. With a background in engineering, Graham has also spent extensive periods of time in Asia over the past 20 years where he has overseen the delivery of a number of major infrastructure schemes. He also has a particular interest in public-private partnership models, asset strategy and smarter procurement solutions including large scale program delivery partnerships.

Adam Sutton

Regional HR and Change Director

Adam is a board level management consultant / strategic advisor with extensive multinational experience, (Asia/Europe/USA/Latin America) developed within the financial services and construction industries. A demonstrable track record of delivering superior shareholder returns through the implementation of turnaround strategies, operational improvement, business transformation and strategic change programmes.
