Saigon Center

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - Strategically located along Le Loi Boulevard in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City’s Central Business District, Saigon Center Phase 2 is designed by an internationally renowned architect in New York, NBBJ. This 50,000 sqm new development will be in 45 storey tall and consists of seven levels of retail and dining spaces. The retail mall is expected to be opened in Q1/2016.

Saigon Centre is located in District 1, the main urban district of Ho Chi Minh City. Fronting Le Loi Boulevard, the city’s main thoroughfare, this prime two-hectare site is being developed in phases. When fully completed, it will comprise international standard office buildings, premier serviced apartments and a hotel linked to a lifestyle retail mall.

Phase One of Saigon Centre set a new record for the highest building in Vietnam at 106 metres. It included a three-story retail podium, 11 levels of office space, 89 units of serviced apartments and three levels of parking. It quickly became the preferred shopping destination and a business address for diplomatic corps, multi-national companies, as well as banking and financial institutions.

Saigon Centre Phase 2 & 3 is under construction. It has 6 basements and 45 floors. It offers 55,000 m2 for retail of which the department store will be approx 11,500 m2 and operated by a Singapore-base developer and Toshin Development, a real estate subsidiary of Takashimaya, 40,000 m2 for office and 200 serviced apartments (Sedona Suites HCMC).
