Arcadis appoints industry-influencer Natalie Sauber to lead Manufacturing and Technology research and insight

United Kingdom - Arcadis has further strengthened its Manufacturing and Technology expertise with the appointment of Natalie Sauber as a Senior Strategic Researcher for the division. Focusing on supporting and driving growth across all manufacturing and technology markets and sectors – from automotive and R&D, including autonomous and connected vehicles, through to factory operations and logistics and distribution – Natalie will be responsible for driving client strategy and delivering creative solutions through innovation and market intelligence research and analysis.

Natalie brings with her a wealth of international and consulting experience, most recently in organisational design, driving cultural transformation across industrial, consumer, luxury and sport sectors at the advisory firm Excelion Partners International. Prior to this Natalie specialised in the automotive and extended mobility sector at global business consultancy Frost & Sullivan, where her wide industry knowledge and understanding of business drivers resulted in her leading over EUR 3 million of key automotive projects.  

In her role at Arcadis, Natalie will be focusing on macro-trends to develop a deep understanding of client business needs. Analysing market data and insight, Natalie will advise clients and help to shape strategic business direction in light of trends such as emerging consumer behaviour, new technology and future business models. 

A well-respected industry influencer, Natalie has presented and moderated at several industry events, and is a prolific commentator on topics including driverless cars and electric vehicles. 



Commenting on her appointment, Natalie said:
