Delivering a modern healthcare facility for North London

Chase Farm Hospital needed a modern healthcare facility designed to meet changing patient and clinical needs. We provided cost and commercial management services for the redevelopment project as part of an integrated delivery team across planning and construction. The new hospital includes inpatient, outpatient, urgent care, and diagnostic services within a flexible healthcare environment. The redevelopment improved the hospital’s ability to support efficient care delivery while creating a more adaptable setting for patients, staff, and clinical teams.

Supporting the delivery of London’s Northern Line Extension

Transport for London needed support extending the London Underground network to Battersea and Nine Elms. We provided cost and commercial management services throughout the £1.2 billion program, working closely with TfL and delivery partners throughout planning and construction. The scheme included two new underground stations and major tunnelling works beneath central London. Delivered £160 million under budget, the extension improved connectivity across the area while supporting new homes, jobs, and shorter journeys for Londoners.

Supporting the regeneration of a major Shanghai business district

A major redevelopment project in Shanghai aimed to transform a former industrial area into a mixed-use business and commercial district in the heart of the city.
