Arcadis recognised by WGEA as an employer of choice for gender equality for third year in a row

Australia - Arcadis, the leading global Design & Consultancy for natural and built assets, has been recognised as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality for the third year in a row by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA).

WGEA 2020

The WGEA EOCGE is a voluntary citation that publicly recognises an organisation’s commitment to gender equality through strong actions. This year’s eligibility criteria placed an even greater emphasis on accountability, outcomes, evidence and internal reporting processes. Arcadis is one of 119 organizations in Australia to receive this citation.

  • Ongoing gender pay-gap analysis focused on achieving gender pay equity through a dedicated pay equity budget
  • Gender equality survey and focus groups to inform inclusion actions
  • Strong STEM focus including sponsorship of female engineering students
