The Northern Beaches Hospital Project will be the first health facility to cater to public, private and shared health services within one facility. The project stood out as the first Green Star hospital constructed in NSW.
UDIA’s Excellence in Social Infrastructure Award recognises organisations that have demonstrated leadership in innovation in delivering services and/or social infrastructure developments.
Arcadis' team provided structural, civil, façade and traffic engineering services to deliver a contemporary healthcare facility offering a 50-space emergency department, 14 operating theatres, six surgical suites, state-of-the-art intensive care and critical care units, and a modern inpatient mental health service.
