Construction Management and Site Supervision

With construction and technological advances becoming all the more complex, making sure the team managing the process is crucial and can pay significant dividends.

Construction Management

With greater pressure than ever before to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, professionally and comprehensively managing the construction process has become all the more important. From the initial design to final completion, our people offer the full range of construction management services to match our clients’ vision, timescales and financial projections.

Furthermore, we understand that as projects progress the level of complexity can increase and obstacles are more-or-less inevitable. When this happens, Arcadis’ construction management experts look after all areas of the process, applying knowledge and expertise that put project owners back in control and making sure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Our Construction Management service starts during the planning and design phase where we advise on issues that can optimize construction, such as procurement options, choice of contractors and suppliers, phasing, design, specification & material selection, pre-fabrication, buildability, operability, site logistics and construction sequencing.

During construction, our experienced site staff advise on Health & Safety, drive quality through the use of samples, prototypes and on-going defect rectification, right through to testing & commissioning, end-user training and operational readiness.
