Third Party Search Agencies
Arcadis does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters without a signed Arcadis search agreement on file with Talent Acquisition. Third-party recruiters include agencies, organizations, or individuals recruiting candidates for temporary, part-time or full-time opportunities other than for their own need. This also includes, but is not limited to, employment agencies, search firms, contract recruiters, executive recruiters and resume referral firms.
Arcadis will not pay a fee to a third-party recruiter for any candidate placements or introductions that does not have a signed Arcadis search agreement from the Talent Acquisition Team. The agreement must be dated no earlier than one year previous to the date of resume submission. Candidate introductions, resumes or CV’s must only be submitted via the Talent Acquisition Team and only if a) an agreement is already in place and b) the third-party recruiter has received formal instruction from a member of the Talent Acquisition Team to submit candidates to a vacancy.
Arcadis will not pay a fee to a third-party recruiter for any resumes or CV’s submitted to any employee of Arcadis without having an Arcadis search agreement on file with Talent Acquisition. Arcadis will not be held liable to pay a placement fee. Obtaining a signed search agreement from the Arcadis Talent Acquisition Team is the only way you will be paid. Verbal or written commitments from any other member of the Arcadis staff will not be considered binding terms.
Arcadis will not pay a fee to a third-party recruiter that has not coordinated their recruiting activity with the appropriate member of the Talent Acquisition Team. It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiters to know this policy and to coordinate all activity with Arcadis Talent Acquisition.
