Arcadis, a global leader in intelligence-driven sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets, today announced that Jee Mee Kim, New York City Executive for Arcadis, has been appointed to the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) New York Advisory Board.
The ULI New York Advisory Board is a distinguished group of leaders who guide the District Council in advancing ULI’s mission priorities, including:
- Decarbonization and net zero: Providing strategic insight to accelerate resilient development across the region
- Housing attainability: Shaping policies and advocacy platforms to increase access to affordable housing
- Next generation leadership: Developing and mentoring the next generation of leaders in land use and real estate
The organization’s work impacts the land use policies of New York City with the goal of best use policy and practice. ULI New York focuses on bridging information between industry leaders and policy makers in the region to help create better neighborhoods.
As an Advisory Board member, Kim will contribute industry expertise, support key advocacy initiatives, and help guide the execution of high-quality programming and content for ULI members. Alongside her fellow board members, she will work to maximize the impact of ULI New York within the local communities.
