Arcadis joins the Network for Engineering with Nature

Membership underscores Arcadis’s commitment to resilient, nature-based solutions

Arcadis, a global leader in intelligence-driven sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets, today announced its acceptance as a partner of the Network for Engineering with Nature (N-EWN), a network of researchers and practitioners committed to advancing nature-based engineer solutions.

Arcadis’s membership will help bridge knowledge between its involvement in national and global eco-engineering services, including Ecoshape, a Dutch public, private, and academic collaboration in eco-engineering, and N-EWN stakeholders. This partnership highlights Arcadis’s role as a global expert in water management and resilience, leveraging its expertise to advance the potential of nature-based solutions on a broader scale. Natural solutions, such as wetlands restoration and green infrastructure, provide multi-fold advantages including increased resilience, ecological enhancements, and long-term sustainability.

With operations in more than 30 countries, Arcadis is positioned to bring integrated, scalable solutions to communities worldwide. Through its membership in N-EWN, Arcadis reaffirms its leadership in providing climate robust solutions that help optimize environmental, social, and economic needs.
