Independent research firm recognizes Arcadis as a leading provider of digital services

New report highlights digital momentum and capabilities in achieving operational excellence

Highlands Ranch, Colo. — Feb. 14, 2020 — Independent research firm Verdantix today released its Green Quadrant Operational Excellence Digital Services 2020 report, recognizing Arcadis as a leading provider of digital services and capabilities.

The green quadrant report underscores the success of Arcadis’ multi-year digital transformation and the company’s ongoing momentum to reinvent its clients’ experience using digitally enabled solutions. Following the 2017 acquisition of E2 ManageTech, the largest stand-alone EHS technology services provider, and a 2018 partnership with Techstars to foster open innovation, Arcadis is the first organization in its industry to form a digital analytics-focused business focused on next generation thinking. Arcadis Gen launched in January to accelerate and scale promising data-driven solutions for clients.

“We are excited and humbled to be recognized as a leading provider of digital services. We view digital tools and a collaborative mindset as key enablers to our passion of improving quality of life. By integrating digital solutions with deep subject matter expertise of the assets owned and operated by our clients, we can deliver a positive, lasting experience for our clients and the people they serve,” said Prasoon Sinha, chief digital officer for Arcadis in North America.

The report highlights Arcadis’ history of providing digitally enabled health and safety tools, strong record of innovative environmental management and in-house ability to apply data analytics best practices to measure performance and improve projects. From piloting RFID sensors on construction equipment to developing proprietary software that manages capital improvement programs for major water utilities, each area of Arcadis’ business has been transformed by digital technology.

“Many organizations struggle to capture meaningful insights from already-available but siloed data systems. This becomes one of the biggest bottlenecks in their journey to achieve operational excellence. This report highlights the value of finding and presenting personalized, integrated insights,” said Sinha. “It also reflects our organization-wide commitment to be the digital leader in our industry and, more important, acknowledges the tireless work of people across the organization who focus on making our clients’ lives easier.”
