June 12, 2019 — Arcadis (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the leading global design and consultancy for natural and built assets, has been selected as the construction claims consultant to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) for its upcoming $40 billion capital program.

As part of the seven-year construction claims support services contract, Arcadis will assist Metro in proactively avoiding potential construction disputes, providing recommendations on policy and procedures to reduce the likelihood of claims, and assistance in the resolution of claims that may arise from any of its projects in Los Angeles County.
Arcadis will also provide a claims management training to staff.
