Arcadis and NAEM are holding their annual EHS&S data and technology events jointly in 2019 to offer attendees access to professional development, networking opportunities, and an exhibition of more than 30 software providers - all in one location. Arcadis will host its free EHS MIS Thought Leadership Forum March 12-13, 2019, in conjunction with NAEM’s 2019 Software, Innovation and Technology Showcase on March 13-14, 2019, in New Orleans.

Arcadis EHS MIS Thought Leadership Forum

Arcadis’ third annual EHS MIS Thought Leadership Forum will offer attendees a unique opportunity to learn from their peers. This free one-and-a-half day, closed-door event is for in-house EHS&S thought leaders from industry wishing to learn more and share best practices around EHS MIS and Operational Excellence. This occurs through confidential, detailed conversations in a collaborative forum setting. Attendees will learn new ideas for managing program risk, benchmark, share best practices, compare products, and learn from industry and cross-industry peers.

Angela Hall
The Boeing Company

In the opening keynote address, Ms. Hall will share The Boeing Company's journey to consolidate more than 300 systems, at more than 400 sites globally, across 36 different work streams and bring them into a common EHS MIS solution. Included topics address why this journey is important for Boeing as a function; the operational discipline required for managing a project of this scale; and an update on the progress to-date.

Robert Copeland
The Boeing Company

Following Ms. Hall's overview of Boeing's EHS consolidation project, this session will provide more tactical details. Mr. Copeland will discuss how Boeing's guiding principles have also been used to guide the project and make decisions. Other topics covered in this session include user and leadership adoption, and balancing team engagement and buy-in while driving timely decisions.

Identifying and mitigating injury precursors using EHS MIS | Johnson & Johnson
At Johnson & Johnson we are relentless about safety in everything we do, on behalf of every life we touch. We have achieved benchmark performance reducing overall accident rates and are now steadfast on eliminating SIF (Severe Injury or Fatality) events. In this session, we will discuss how we identify and mitigate Severe Injury or Fatality-precursors (SIF-p’s) using Incident, Good Save, and CAPA Management via our global Environmental Health, Safety & Sustainability platform, referred to as CURVE. We will also discuss the leading indicators for SIF-p’s, including their use in performance dashboards to help identify root causes and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

EHS and Quality: Driving a common MIS for operational excellence | Elizabeth Copeland | Kellogg's
This session will share Kellogg's experience moving to a single solution for both EHS and Quality. Ms. Copeland will outline the drivers for the project, why a single solution was sought, and how the project team minimized the impact of change on the user community and maximized user buy-in. She also will share insights they have gleaned along the way, and a progress update.
