Arcadis delivered a comprehensive upgrade to NY CREATES’ 18,000-square-foot, ISO Class 5 cleanroom. The project was executed in two phases to meet tight deadlines and ensure ongoing operations.

Our team implemented a turnkey engineering, procurement, construction, and project management (EPCM) model, overseeing every aspect from design and procurement to construction. We proactively identified long lead materials, prequalified trade partners, and coordinated closely with all stakeholders to keep the project on track despite market challenges during COVID-19. The result was a seamless retrofit and expansion, with zero safety incidents throughout construction.
