Arcadis, on behalf of Start Campus, faced challenges like workforce shortages, where specialized skills for data center construction were hard to find, impacting timelines and costs. The procurement strategy had to be revised due to market conditions and limited capacity from contractors. Arcadis deployed a flexible team to adapt to changes, focusing on specialist contractors without a general contractor. Shifting client needs during construction required adjustments to materials, labor, and redesigns due to evolving specifications. Through these solutions, Arcadis ensured the project progressed effectively, overcoming obstacles and adapting to both current demands and future requirements.

Arcadis and Start Campus addressed the complexities of data center construction with a comprehensive suite of services that effectively tackle challenges such as workforce shortages and shifting client needs.
