Arcadis today announces the appointments of Jana Belyusova as Chief People Officer and Barbara van Koppen as Global General Counsel. These appointments strengthen Arcadis’ Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and reinforce its focus on performance and growth. Both roles will be based at Arcadis’ global headquarters in Amsterdam.

Jana Belyusova will join Arcadis on 10 August, bringing 30 years of experience driving transformation, culture and leadership across the technology, consumer and media industries. She joins from Versuni, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer, leading HR across 53 countries and co-leading a company-wide transformation delivering significant operational savings alongside cultural renewal. Previously, Jana held senior leadership roles including Chief HR Officer at Endemol-Shine Group and positions at Nike and Philips, driving organizational transformation and high-performance cultures globally.

Barbara van Koppen has been appointed Global General Counsel and will join the ELT, having served as interim General Counsel at Arcadis since January 2026. She will lead the Legal, Compliance and Privacy teams. Barbara brings 27 years of experience from KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, including more than 16 years as General Counsel, alongside a range of senior interim leadership roles. Her appointment provides continuity and further strengthens governance, risk management and compliance across the business.
