27 August 2026 - Arcadis, the world's leading company delivering data-driven sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets, has been appointed Owner's Representative for Lufthansa Technik Philippines' (LTP) new Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility at Clark International Airport.

Arcadis and Lufthansa Technik Philippines marked the partnership with a contract signing ceremony on 11 August 2026.

Arcadis Philippines will provide Full Project Management and Construction Management (PMCM) services including Cost Management for the new MRO facility. The development forms part of LTP's long-term growth strategy and will expand its aircraft maintenance capacity in the Asia-Pacific region. The new site will span 157,000 square meters, with Arcadis supporting delivery from a bare site through to operational readiness.

As Owner's Representative, Arcadis will provide senior oversight, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across the delivery of the Clark MRO facility from construction through to handover

The team will drive program certainty through:

  • Proactive risk management
  • Cost control
  • Schedule management
  • Stakeholder coordination
  • Operational readiness planning

A key focus will be coordinating specialist aircraft docking systems and their critical hangar interfaces under a compressed delivery program.

The new Clark MRO facility will strengthen Lufthansa Technik Philippines’ maintenance capability and strengthen its position in the Asia-Pacific aviation market.

It will complement LTP’s long-standing operations in Manila, where the company has been established for more than 25 years.
