Share buyback program (2025-2026)

Arcadis completed its €175 million share buyback program on 16 January 2026, which was initiated on 1 October 2025.

In total, 4,575,796 ordinary shares were repurchased for €174,999,566, at an average price of €38.24 per share.

The shares repurchased under this program were cancelled following approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 20 May 2026.
