Paczkowski brings a people-first mentality, experience and an innovative spirit as head of Arcadis’ Canadian branch.
Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada — March 5, 2019 — Arcadis (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the leading global design and consultancy for natural and built assets, has named Mike Paczkowski president of Arcadis Canada.
“Mike has been an inspiring leader within Arcadis for 30 years — serving in both operations and client development roles,” said Joachim Ebert, CEO of Arcadis North America. “I am very excited about the future for our clients and our people with Mike at the helm in Canada.”
Most recently, Paczkowski led client development for Arcadis Canada and put the region in a position to deliver for a wide spectrum of clients, both existing and new. He keeps his clients, partners and employees at the forefront of his focus because he knows it’s not just about the bottom line.
“It’s all about people,” said Paczkowski. “I’ve seen a lot of changes in the past 30 years, but one thing that has consistently rung true is if you surround yourself with great people, and you genuinely care about them, there is no limit to what you can accomplish.”
Arcadis has around 300 employees in 10 offices across Canada who work coast-to-coast to improve quality of life for Canadians. Paczkowski expects big things in the next few years, as Arcadis’ footprint in the region continues to grow.
