HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO – June 12, 2018 – Arcadis (EURONEXT: ARCAD) today announced the appointment of Tom Rose as senior vice president and federal programs director.
“Tom is an accomplished strategic leader who brings a wealth of experience to help our Federal clients excel,” said Joachim Ebert, CEO, Arcadis North America. “He will play an integral role in helping us strengthen our leadership role in the sector, while growing and expanding the company’s capabilities with our client base.”
Rose will provide overall leadership for the company’s federal program, which includes business development strategy, cultivating and managing its client base, and providing strategic counsel to enable the successful delivery of projects.

Rose joins Arcadis from Parsons where he spent a good portion of his time overseeing its federal-sector business within the environment, infrastructure and mission support services arenas. He started his career as a civil engineer officer in the U.S. Air Force, which included two deployments to the Middle East in support of Operation Southern Watch.
A graduate of the University of California at Davis and the U.S. Air Force Academy, Rose also held senior-level roles with General Electric. He is based out of the company’s Clifton Park, NY office.
