An evening with Dame Kelly Holmes

Our people have been helping to improve mobility in London since Tower Bridge was first constructed and, today, we are proud to say we are still working hard to improve quality of life for the city and its people. From remodelling of the world-famous Kings Cross station to the creation of Thames Tideway Tunnel, which will provide clean water to millions, we are at the heart of the capital.

It was an honour to welcome Olympic legend Dame Kelly Holmes, ambassador for sport and mental health, to Arcadis House last night for the third event in our Great Run partnership series. Dame Kelly shared inspirational stories on what motivates her both on and off the track and gave those in attendance a chance to pose with her Olympic medals!

Arcadis Great CityGames

Manchester is one of the nation's biggest and most important cities and Arcadis has been improving quality of life there for some time. From helping the University of Manchester develop its world class graphene institute to creating a new vision for the Northern Powerhouse, Arcadis has firm roots in the Capital of the North.

The Arcadis Great CityGames brought international elite athletics to the streets of Manchester where hundreds of spectators cheered on the athletes - including Greg Rutherford, Sally Pearson and our own Arcadis pole vaulter Rachel Gibbens - as they competed on a purpose-built sprint track and arena in the city centre.

Arcadis Business Challenge, Edinburgh

Simplyhealth Great Edinburgh Run

Arcadis has a long association with Edinburgh, helping the city's people and businesses to flourish. Over the years, our people have worked to improve water quality, housing and connectivity across the Scottish capital and beyond.

Sunshine and blue skies set the scene for the first Arcadis Business Challenge in Edinburgh’s scenic Holyrood Park. Arcadis’ guests and their families celebrated in style as they completed the course around the city’s famous landmarks – with our fastest finisher an impressive 21st in a field of 959.
