Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - This is a 118-storey skyscraper in the heart of Malaysia that boasts three million square feet of floor space for both retail and office application. JUBM Sdn Bhd, an affiliate of Arcadis, is providing full quantity surveying service on this project.
An iconic new skyscraper, Menara Warisan is planned to be the headquarters of Permodalan Nasional Berhad and is located within a 7.7 hectare, heritage enclave housing the historic Merdeka Stadium and Stadium Negara.
The tower is planned to top over 600 meters with 118 floors, making it the tallest building in Malaysia once complete, surpassing the Petronas Twin Towers. Currently under construction, the development will include a retail mall and podium, a public park and a 20-storey luxury hotel occupying more than three million square feet of gross floor space.
The development will create a new business center within KL and supports the government's efforts to attract new firms to the capital as part of an overall plan to turn Malaysia into a high-income economy by 2020.
