The global Business Process Management (BPM) service line, which reports into the Global CIO, is focused on improving core business processes, technologies and behaviours. In the coming years, the BPM service line is engaged in rolling out the Arcadis Way, a significant transformation program with the aim to provide globally harmonized, best practice business processes and IT solutions to all Arcadis operating companies. Arcadis is now looking for an Associate Business Process Manager (BPM) to strengthen the Human Capital team in designing and implementing the end-to-end HCM process and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud products.

The Associate BPM Human Capital reports to the Business Process Manager - Human Capital.

Job description

Arcadis has identified the following key focus areas for the role:

  • Design and continually improve best practice HCM processes (e.g. Recruitment, Core HCM, Payroll, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits), supporting solutions (Oracle HCM cloud) and reporting;
  • Lead the implementation of process, solution and behavioral change;
  • Pro-actively search for process improvements within the assigned business processes based on internal and external best practices;
  • Ensure synergy and harmonization across the business processes including risk and controls and roles and responsibilities;
  • Deliver input in quality management, benchmarking performance and advising on continuous improvements;
  • Ensures adequate integration, use and disclosure of process design into the process management tool (Mavim).

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • Has a Master’s Degree in a business or quantitative discipline;
  • Has a minimum of 4 years of experience in business transformation environments working on process and application design, build, test, implement or has demonstrated the ability to perform the principal process responsibilities through a background within Human Capital Management;
  • Has experience within an internationally operating professional services firm;
  • Understands trends and requirements in the Human Capital domain: Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Mobility, HR administration and Payroll;
  • Has prior experience with Oracle HCM Cloud products;

  • Leadership, strategic and cultural skills;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Credible and persuasive at management level;
  • Enthusiastic and committed attitude toward work and task completion;
  • Willing to undertake (intercontinental) travel as necessary;
  • Experience in leveraging process management tools;
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
