The fifth floor then offers tenants benefit in form of open terrace with an amazing view to the surroundings. The ground floor consists of retail space and parking space in the core.

Arcadis provided Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for company European City Estates (ECE) with their intent to buy the property. This TDD project in particular consisted of a review of the actual buildings technical current state, available documentation review and cost estimation of identified defects and designs of their removal.

The Arcadis team was led by Head of Financial Institutions, Jan Podzimek, assisted by Project Manager, Martin Holy and other professionals in the Arcadis’ expert team, advising on technical matters and aspects of the local market during the transaction.

“Since Rosum office project is one of the best projects in the Bratislava market with regard to quality, Arcadis team was excited and proud of the opportunity to provide TDD. We congratulate ECE on the successful closing of this exceptional acquisition” says Martin Holy, Project Manager at Arcadis.
