A vibrant mix of offices, shopping, dining, landscaping, playground, water features and cultural assets.

While Darling Harbour is a busy family and tourism destination close to Sydney’s CBD, the retail and entertainment draw of the distinct Darling Quarter needed a refresh.

A $560 million revitalization by Lend Lease envisages a vibrant mix of offices, shopping, dining, landscaping, playground, water features and cultural assets built over a major underground car park with improved road and pedestrian access.

Providing civil, structural and traffic engineering expertise, Arcadis ensured integration of the extensive and interactive water landscaping, construction of Sydney’s largest children’s playground, and new public domain walkways, buildings and linkages.
