It aims to reflect a new city life of organic growth, which integrates capital with talents, tourism with industry and production with life.
We were appointed to create a master plan for this project, embracing density and promoting walkable mixed-use districts where economic nodes, residential communities and commercial options co-exist. Our design concept is to leverage as many local natural resources as possible and create an environment that is both functional and liveable.
The mixed-use master plan includes housing for high-tech and manufacturing companies, residential communities and tourism. The idea is to foster harmonious synergy between industry and sustainability. We are achieving this goal through its Performance-Driven Design SM approach, which seeks to promote solutions that have multiple benefits across the triple bottom line of economic, social, and environmental value.
