Opposite Hong Kong, Shenzhen is home to the best and brightest of China’s younger generation. The 500,000 sqm development is split into three parcels: north, middle, and south. Phase I involved the north and middle parcels – the 29-storey office tower, retail, commercial and entertainment portions of the development. Phase II, the south parcel, is primed as the most unique hotel, dining, entertainment and residential experience in Shenzhen for all local and international travelers alike.
