What are you gonna do?
The market group advises clients on the development, realisation and management of real estate. We do this based on our knowledge of the primary processes and the specific environment of governments and private parties. Together with our clients, we develop housing and real estate strategies, supervise selection and tendering procedures and formulate basic principles. We also support organisations with extensive housing and property portfolios in determining their strategy, managing their portfolios and implementing policy, advising on the purchase and sale of a single building to complete property portfolios (TDDs), property strategy and investment risk management. Thanks to our broad and long experience with the various parties involved in a construction process, we are able to identify risks and reduce them to acceptable levels.
When carrying out a Technical Due Diligence (TDD) investigation, we need to gain insight in a relatively short period of time (weeks) into the quality of buildings and their installations and whether they comply with the applicable regulations. The results of the investigation must be clearly and concretely reported in which risks, points for attention and follow-up investigation must be made known. A CAPEX and OPEX cost insight must also be drawn up for the reported matters.
