This element of our strategy is about meeting the growing client demand for more sustainable solutions – and about sustainable company development through increased organic growth. It has three elements: expanding the core, focused growth, and mergers and acquisitions.
Expanding the core
Throughout our regions by focusing on key clients at the local, national, and multinational level, building on strong existing client relationships.
Accelerate organic growth through seven priorities: three end markets: emerging markets, big urban clients and natural resources, and our four value propositions: environment and water for industry, program management, business advisory and design.
Mergers and acquisitions
Financial criteria for acquisitions remain unchanged and we seek to add strategically aligned companies to strengthen our existing leadership positions and build differentiated capabilities to better serve our clients.
