Arcadis contributed construction management and support service for the $5 billion improvement program to LAZ, Van Nuys and Ontario Airports.  Work included project and construction management estimating, scheduling, document control, cost engineering and claims support for taxiway, runway and hangar reconstruction. As a key member of the construction management team, Arcadis helped deliver the LAX Southside Airfield Improvement Program five percent under budget, provided preconstruction service for security in-line baggage screening system at LAX, and developed a phasing plan for the renovations at To Bradley International Terminal at LAX.
