Providing lead engineering services to revitalize a historic industrial site as a vibrant waterfront community mixing heritage and contemporary architecture, parklands, promenade and village retail.

Shifting the site’s functionality from industrial to residential meant helping to preserve significant natural and built assets, while also meeting the highest environmental standards in land remediation, landscaping, water management, design and materials choice.

Balancing economic and architectural imperatives with social planning priorities ensured Jacksons Landing’s 3,000 residents access to seamless pedestrian, car and public transport, as well as assets like child care, open space, security and playgrounds.
