Tanjong Pagar Centre is a one-of-its-kind vertical building integrating 32-floors of prime office space at Guoco Tower, luxury living with 181 apartments at Wallich Residence, and a 20-storey 5-star luxury business hotel, the Sofitel Singapore City Centre. Leading the transformation of Singapore’s central business district, the project also comprises Tanjong Pagar Park, and a variety of premium F&B and retail outlets.

Completed in August 2017, Arcadis provided full pre and post-contract cost management services to the iconic integrated mixed development. The 160,000 sqm development is one of few projects that utilised Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Green Mark initiatives. Some of its achievements include being awarded the BCA Green Mark Platinum and LEED Platinum pre-certification (Core and Shell).
