Senior Payroll Executive

Required to perform Human Resources & Administration duties necessary for the efficient operation in the office.

Job Descriptions:-
  • Prepare Payroll
  • Preparation of Bonus schedule and Payment
  • Arrange for monthly payment of Staff Taxes, EPF and SOCSO
  • Keep record of Staff Time Sheet and Overtime
  • Keep Leave Record
  • Maintain staff Personal Files and Records
  • Keep Staff Master Listing for Head Office and Branches
  • Prepare correspondences in relation to Human Resource Matters
  • Liaise with various Department on New staff and Resigned staff
  • Prepare Check List and collect items to be returned by Resigned Staff
  • Staff Insurance Coverage
  • Prepare Form E & EA at Year End
  • Take charge of Access Cards & Finger Scan

Job Requirements:-
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Payroll or equivalent.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel and
  • Familiar with Payroll SAGE Systems is recommended
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in English
