Human Resources Executive

Required to perform Human Resources & Administration duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office.

Job Descriptions:-
  • Coordinate the preparation of staff payroll
  • Preparation of bonus schedule and payment
  • Liaison with Insurance brokers on Group Insurance Policy including staff listing updates
  • Liaison with panel doctors
  • Recruitment advertisement
  • Monitoring of access cards, finger scan and staff time sheet submission
  • Issuance of warning letters
  • Liaison with Lawyers on Legal Letter Issuance
  • Coordinating the issuance of letter appointment

Job Requirements:-
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin
