Admin Assistant - China East - Shanghai

To provide support to the team, especially to the Line Manager with all general administration duties including basic HR, Finance and H&S issues.

Job Descriptions:

  • Filing, binding, printing etc.
  • Guests
  • Update Admin Record
  • Supplier Management, including searching for new vendors, purchase, payment etc.
  • Co-ordinate office equipment maintenance and repair supplies activity.
  • IT Coordination
  • Office Admin Support
  • Oversees the system for purchase and requisition of office supplies and etc.
  • Support on travel bookings, including but not limited to air-tickets, hotel, train tickets and car rentals.
  • Other issues required by line manager

Job Requirements:

  •  College degree or above
  • Disciplined and be strict with himself/herself
  • 1~2 years working experience, good graduates would be considered as well
  • Basic English communication, both spoken and written
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and manage priorities
  • A flexible attitude, willing to learn
  • Strong team player
  • "SWAN" attributes (smart, work hard, ambitious, and nice)
